Modernist Brooch & Earring Set by Aarre & Krogh, Denmark

The design of the brooch and earrings are akin to stylised wings. The brooch has a hinged pin and C-scroll safety clasp on the reverse, while the earrings are clip-on. All are stamped with the maker’s mark ‘A&K’ for Aarre & Krogh, ‘DENMARK’, and ‘STERLING’ for sterling silver.

Aarre & Krogh (1949-1990) were silversmiths based in Randers, Denmark. Their jewellery often displays natural forms and clean lines.
