Delivery

Once an order has been placed you will be contacted via email regarding confirmation and delivery information.

UK Orders

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, next day service with insurance and tracking at a cost of £7.50. A signature is required on arrival. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.

International Orders

All orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For at a cost of £10.00.

On orders from countries outside the United Kingdom an Import Duty applies over a certain value. This is a tax that the recipient has to pay as an importer in order to bring foreign goods into their country. The amount to be paid depends on the type of goods and where they come from.

In the event that this fee is not paid by the recipient, customs will not release the package and will send it back to R.L. Christie Works of Art.

For more information regarding customs duties we advise our customers to get in touch with their country’s Revenues and Customs office.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but should you change your mind you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. This does not apply to engraved or personalised items.

Please contact R.L. Christie Works of Art as soon as possible to arrange a return.

The customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of the item(s) back to R.L. Christie Works of Art. Please ensure that items for return are packaged safely and posted using a tracked, insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost goods when in transit.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.
